Description
The Marketing Administrative Specialist will support the marketing team by managing a variety of administrative and content-related tasks to enhance the marketing efforts of Celebree School's corporate and franchise locations. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Coordination:
- Develop, organize, and distribute content for blogs, emails, and digital resources.
- Assist in building a library of content to be used across platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging.
- Coordinate the creation and scheduling of marketing collateral for various campaigns and events.
Event Support:
- Support the planning and promotion of school events through digital and print materials.
- Manage event listings on social media platforms and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and field teams to ensure all event details are accurately communicated and advertised.
Email & Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage current families and nurture prospective franchise leads.
- Track the performance of email campaigns and adjust strategies based on effectiveness.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and communications for corporate and franchise schools.
Website & Digital Platform Management:
- Maintain and update content across the school’s websites, including but not limited to blog posts, staff profiles, and event details.
- Audit and manage the accuracy of information on social media profiles and Google Business Pages.
Administrative Support:
- Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring files are labeled and stored correctly for easy access.
- Support marketing team efforts with tasks such as reporting, order management, and scheduling.
- Assist with tracking marketing performance metrics and compiling reports to evaluate the success of campaigns.
Field & Franchise Support:
- Communicate regularly with schools to assess their marketing needs and provide necessary resources.
- Collaborate with franchisees to guide them through marketing processes and ensure consistency with corporate standards.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus, but not required).
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing tools, with a willingness to learn.
- Occasional travel may be required
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of digital marketing, event coordination, and SEO best practices is helpful
- Previous experience in administrative roles or customer service is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong sense of responsibility for completing tasks.
